What We Offer

For over fifteen years, the Tulare County Family Resource Center Network has been at the heart of efforts to address service shortages in communities we serve.  As a key contributor, the TCFRCN has led the way in ensuring families receive the support they need in addressing those service gaps. By integrating the Five Protective Factors into our work, we aim to ensure that families receive holistic and meaningful support. Each Family Resource Center provides key services that include case management, resource and referral assistance, parent support groups, and vital connections to other resources. This structure plays a crucial role in uplifting families and fostering resilience in the broader community.

Collaborative efforts to address community needs

Due to the rural nature of Tulare County, the TCFRCN collaborates with and co-houses partner agencies at each of their locations to offer services such as energy assistance, health care, mental health support, and substance abuse counseling for children. By providing services locally, the network reduces barriers to access for families in these communities. Key partners include CSET, Family Services of Tulare County, Health and Human Services Agency, Kingsview Mental Health, Proteus, Hope Horizon Mental Health, and WIC.
