TCFRCN and its member centers provide a comprehensive and proven approach to improving self-sufficiency for entire families, not just individuals. Our centers are community-based, family strengthening centers that offer programs for all of Tulare County. TCFRCN encourages collaborative communities of practice, and provides measurable outcomes of service delivery.
We are committed to developing the integrity of families within the context of their beliefs, values, customs and culture. Our practices are asset based and aim at empowerment, not dependence. Programs stress prevention, independence and self-sufficiency as families define and fulfill their own aspirations.
