Raquel Gomez - Chair
Director of Community Initiatives at Community Service and Employment Training (CSET), responsible for managing programs such as Senior Services,Volunteer income tax assistance (VITA), and the Network of Family Resource Centers here in Tulare County. She is involved in each aspect of the program from researching to grant writing, development and monitoring it's impact in our communities.

Grant Director for Cutler/Orosi Unified and successful leader with 17+ years' experience in managing multiple grant projects. She has acquired over $780,000 annually in grant funding to create, develop, and coordinate new programs. Her engagement in the community has created a safe and nurturing environment for the children of Cutler/Orosi to thrive.

Armando Villarreal- member
Director of the Woodlake Unified School District's Family Resource Center. He is from Cutler, California and enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors. Armando Villarreal has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, a Masters of Public Administration, and close to earning his doctorate in Management/Leadership. He has been in the social service field for approximately 23 years and has extensive experience in case management, project planning/implementation, and management/leadership.

Linda Ledesma -Member
Past-chair for the Tulare County Family Resource Network her influential leadership has impacted many organizations such as LUSD Healthy Start Family Resource Center where she serves as the Executive Director, Healthy Kids-Healthy Lindsay, and Past Board President of CAPC. She previously served as board member of Sequoia Health and Wellness Clinic and serves on local community collaboratives. She has experience with project management and coordination of service implementation in the non-profit, health and education sectors.
